Working with Favorites

ProjectForce allows you to work with two kinds of favorites:

• Favorite library folders and documents that you can select within ProjectForce and other applications. You can quickly access your most important documents and folders by creating shortcuts in the Favorites view. If you click a shortcut in Favorites, the document or folder linked to the shortcut will be opened immediately. Favorites can be organized in categories.
• Windows favorite locations that you can select within ProjectForce. The Browse Favorites button in many ProjectForce dialogs allows you to select your favorite locations outside of the ProjectForce library when putting documents into ProjectForce or copying documents out of ProjectForce.
